We are a fee-for-service company and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill to submit for insurance reimbursement. Payment will be collected at the time of service in the form of cash, credit, debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. A $15 deposit will be required for all appointments booked online. This deposit will be credited towards your final balance. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Otherwise, deposits will not be returned. Please email or call with any cancellation request.
FSA/HSA can be used on qualifying health and medical-related expenses.
Some plans offer weight loss programs for treating obesity as a reimbursable expense.
Check with your plan administrator to determine if weight loss programs are a reimbursable expense.
The best way to show that you are benefitting from our program would be through referrals. You can receive a 10% credit for each referral that enrolls at our clinic.
Simply just tell them to mention your name during the initial consult. We will thank you for the referral and make sure you are credited at your next visit.
